Tom Woods

Business Development

Tom spent three years with Living The Off-Grid Dream, where he served as Head Business Coach, working closely with people from around the world to help them acquire land, secure investment, and bring projects to life—from homesteads and regenerative farms to retreat centres and intentional communities.

Through this work, he supported thousands of individuals in navigating both the practical and personal sides of building a land-based vision—helping them move from idea to execution in a grounded, sustainable way. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Cognitive Psychology and brings a thoughtful, human-centered approach to everything he does.

Over the years, Tom has been exposed to a wide range of projects and opportunities. Zana Hai stood out to him as something different—not just another venture, but a project that genuinely aligns with his values, vision, and sense of purpose. It’s a path he’s chosen intentionally. Tom is also the founder of Craicter, a gamified social media platform that was selected for one of Ireland’s leading startup accelerator programs.
